Now a days there is a hot topic in the media, social net work and website about the removal of Inefficient, corrupt, dishonest, of dead wood from the Government Service” by invoking the FR 56 J. Our Confederation is making an serious attempt to appraise about the Compulsory retirement under  FR 56 J to its members through Circular no 5 -2015 – 16 by mail.Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the Circular.
