Dear Sir, 

"With all their faults, trade unions have done more for humanity than any other organisation of men that ever existed. They have done more for decency, for honesty, for education, for the betterment of the race for the developing of character in man, than any other association of men" 

Men don't and can't live by exchanging articles, but by producing them. They don't live by trade, but by work. Work with self respect. Where trade unions are most firmly organized, there are the rights of the people most respected.

Yes! To achieve this we have to organise and strengthen the Confederation of Central Government Gazetted Officers Organisations (CCGGOO). 

For ensuring that our self respect is not lost we have to organise the State Level CCGGOO. 

To resist  the onslaught on our respect, 

To oppose the abuse of 56 J, 

To Get a grievance redressal machinery to Gazetted Officers, 

To Get Anomaly committee to Gazetted Officers, 

To get Bonus for Gazetted Officers, 

To remove the grading as"very Good" as Bench mark for promotion and financial up gradation, 

To Get MACP benefit in the promotional hierarchy, 

To Oppose the privatisation of Railways, CPWD  and disinvestment in PSU, 

To oppose the indiscriminate closure of ordnance Factories, 

To increase the minimum wage and to increase the multiplying factor, 

To Get common minimum entry level pay to the Gazetted Officers, 

To get time bound promotion to Gazetted Goup B Cadre, 

An effective tool, a fighting mechanism, a strong organisation for the Gazetted officer is the Confederation of Central Government Gazetted Officers Organisation. 

To strengthen the CCGGOO, formation of State Level CCGGOO is imperative and urgent. 

Gazetted Officers, Please respond; come forward to build a strong State Level CCGGOO in all states.
