Dear Sir,

The preliminary meeting HELD on 17th June 2016 under the joint chairmanship of Shri Rajesh Menon, President ITGOA Mumbai, and Shri R S B Singh, General Secretary INCOA. 

It has been decided to conduct full-fledged meeting of all Group B Gazetted and Promotee Officers associations affiliated to CCGGOO as well as available at Mumbai in Central Government Departments on Monday, 27-06-2016 at 2 pm. 

The venue is Aayykar Shamiyana, Aayykar Bhavan, 101 M K Road, Mumbai 20. 

Agenda: 

1. Welcome address;

2. Reporting by Shri. S MOHAN, SECRETARY GENERAL, CCGGOO CHQ ,

 3.Formation of CCGGOO MUMBAI and election of executive committee

 4. Adoption of Declaration/Resolutions

5. Policy & programme

6. Any other matter with permission of chair

7. Vote of thanks.

All Branch/Zonal/Circle Executive Committee Members Of respective associations of Group B Gazetted and Promotee Officers are requested to attend and the number of represendatives may  please be intimated to Rajesh Menon, President ,ITGOA, Mumbai, RSB Singh,General Secretary INCOA, Mumbai.
